Overview
We are seeking an experienced engineer to support the SaaS Upgrade team by maintaining and upgrading the internal E2E environment used to validate platform releases and new components. The role will work closely with the Platform Support Lead and partner with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Release Management teams to ensure the environment remains aligned with the latest platform releases.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and upgrade the internal E2E environment used to validate platform releases and new components
- Work closely with the Platform Support Lead and partner with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Release Management teams
- Troubleshoot application environments and investigate issues introduced by new releases
- Validate new services and interfaces early in the release cycle
- Document the upgrade processes that will later be used by the SaaS upgrade team when upgrading client environments
- Contribute to improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the platform
Requirements
- Support engineering, DevOps or enterprise application support background
- Experience troubleshooting application environments
- Experience working alongside engineering teams to investigate issues introduced by new releases
- Strong understanding of modular architecture and its applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
