Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Director- FP&A to join our team at Cognizant, Chennai. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving our business strategy and inspiring teams to achieve our goals. You will be a valued member of our Tech Services FP&A leadership team and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to support the execution of our priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial strategy and planning for the EPS Service Line, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives
• Collaborate with the Technology Services CFO, Corp FP&A Head, Service Line business leaders, and delivery leaders to drive business growth and innovation
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analytics to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
• Provide financial guidance and support to the EPS Service Line leadership team, enabling them to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes
• Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement, implementing changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and manage the annual budget and forecast, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall financial objectives

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis
• Proven track record of driving business growth and innovation through financial leadership
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes
