Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services that power our learning platforms and digital products
- Develop robust APIs to support multiple platforms and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide technical support to the team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our backend services
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable backend services
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of database management systems, including relational and NoSQL databases
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
