Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and testing software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and implement software development processes and best practices
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to drive business growth
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong technical skills in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
