Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer – HRIS, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our HRIS systems. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain our HRIS systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Lead the development of new features and functionalities, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on HRIS systems
