Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of manufacturing and product innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced data analytics and machine learning models to drive business growth and sustainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and manufacture products with transparency, efficiency, and responsibility
- Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and sustainability
- Lead and mentor junior data scientists and engineers to build a high-performing team
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on machine learning and analytics
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with remote teams
