Senior Advisor – Project Excellence & AI at Natuvion

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor Project Excellence & AI to join our team at Natuvion GmbH. As a Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our company-wide delivery and project operating model for the successful implementation of our consulting projects. You will define standards and governance structures and drive the integration of modern AI solutions to automate and standardize project and consulting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously optimize a company-wide S/4HANA delivery and project approach model for our consulting business
• Steer global standardization initiatives and introduce governance, quality, and quality gate concepts
• Build and develop standardized templates, methods, project accelerators, and a central knowledge management system with best practices and lessons learned
• Define and establish reporting, risk, and escalation processes for sustainable portfolio management
• Identify, evaluate, and implement new AI solutions to improve project efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and consulting, preferably in the IT industry
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA and project management methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of AI solutions and their application in project management
