Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at DevFixr, India. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure product quality
- Identify, report, and track defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
- Participate in Agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product management
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and frameworks
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on manual and automated testing
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Experience with testing tools, including JIRA, TestRail, and Selenium
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and report defects
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
