Title: Solution Engineering Intern
What will you be doing?
- Ensure 99.9% uptime of systems and application services by proactively monitoring important subsystems.
- Monitor and raise the bugs and get those solved on priority, and come up with robust solutions.
- Create Internal tools to optimize existing processes and workflows.
- Onboard new customers on all products offered by Prodigal. Work with IM and CSMs to meet go live dates.
- Handling day to day customers’ requests and updating the product configuration as required.
- Taking ownership of the work and delivering it with high accuracy.
What are we looking for in you?
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL. (Mandatory Skills)
- Knowledge of Pyspark, MongoDB and shell scripting. (Good to have)
- Hands-on experience with version control tools e.g., Git. (Good to have)
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and LLMs.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science or a related discipline.
