Software Engineer – Oracle NetSuite
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Oracle-NetSuite team in Hyderabad. This role involves contributing to the development and delivery of our market-leading ERP products. As a key member of our team, you will work on defining, developing, testing, and debugging software applications. We are looking for individuals with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E. or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
- Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in software product development with exposure to quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency in software programming techniques and development tools.
- Experience with JavaScript-based single-page applications and JavaScript libraries using Web Services.
- Familiarity with Java projects and API automation; Selenium scripting is a plus.
- Advanced HTML skills, including HTML5, CSS3, XHTML, JSP, are an added advantage.
- Integration strategies and approaches.
- Scrum team experience is a bonus.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Experience in test automation and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to translate user requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, and maintain software programs.
- Implement and execute automated tests to ensure application quality.
- Create prototypes, write unit test scripts, and deploy solutions across various environments.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for issues reported by customers.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Analyze code coverage and write code to address untested areas.
- Participate in SCRUM ceremonies, ensuring sprint and release commitments are met.
- Mentor new team members and resolve escalations.
- Focus on application performance and quality standards.
- Maintain and review results from existing automated tests, fix issues, and create new tests for upcoming features.
