Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management Lead Engineer to join our team at Accenture India Private Limited in Hyderabad. As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop and configure software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or manage particular phases within the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle
• Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity
• Utilize expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management to deliver high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, providing proactive solutions to ensure project success
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in software development and configuration
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management
• 15 years of full-time education
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
• Proven experience in developing and configuring software systems, with a strong understanding of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools
