Role Summary
Specializes in providing assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex systems (e.g., electro/mechanical equipment, computer, complex software, or networked and wireless systems).
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Hands-on proficiency in using Linux Commands – specifically familiarity with sed, cut, grep commands (familiarity with different options to use)
- Strong Unix / Linux OS concepts
- Certification in RHEL / RHCE is mandatory
- Has good understanding of networking concepts.
Job Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and ready to take up new challenges and ready to work in demanding environment
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in EE, ECE or equivalent from reputed institutions.
