Overview

As an Investigations Manager, you will play a crucial role in reimagining logistics from the ground up and building a supply chain that redefines e-commerce in India and globally.
Responsibilities
- Lead investigations to identify and mitigate fraud and risk in the supply chain
- Develop and implement effective investigation processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes of issues
- Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and other external partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in investigations and risk management
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in investigations, risk management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to e-commerce and supply chain management
