Overview
TurFresh, the market leader in artificial turf cleaning and maintenance services, is seeking a high-performing Inbound Sales Closer to join our team. As an Inbound Sales Closer, you will play a critical role in converting inbound leads into customers, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads into customers through consultative selling and high-volume follow-up
- Reactivate dormant customers and upsell/cross-sell maintenance plans to existing customers
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on consistent performance and follow-through
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
- Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to manage leads, track performance, and optimize sales strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or marketing, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Salesforce, web development, and ads management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
