Gusto Channel Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain relationships with key investors and partners in the VC and PE ecosystem
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships and collaborations
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with business objectives
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and contracts
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the VC and PE landscape and industry trends
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful partnership implementation and integration

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field
• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships
• Strong understanding of the VC and PE ecosystem and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
