Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and expand existing customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success
- Provide feedback and insights to internal stakeholders on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, and contribute to the development of the sales team
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Strong understanding of the DevSecOps market and trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
