Gusto Channel Partnerships Manager

Overview

Gusto is seeking a Channel Partnerships Manager, Investor Ecosystems (VC & PE) to join our team. As a Channel Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for growing the small business economy by building and maintaining relationships with key partners in the investor ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to build and maintain relationships with key partners in the investor ecosystem
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive growth and revenue
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, including VC and PE firms, to drive mutual growth and revenue
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure partnership success
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve partnership strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field
• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships
• Strong understanding of the investor ecosystem, including VC and PE firms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
