Overview
Mercury is building a complete finance stack for startups, creating the easiest and safest banking experience possible. We’re looking for a Financial Crimes Compliance Modeling & Analytics Manager to join our team in San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, Portland, OR, or remotely within Canada or the United States.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance models and analytics to prevent financial crimes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Design and implement AML and sanctions compliance programs
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in financial crimes
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry trends
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance or a related field
- Strong understanding of AML and sanctions regulations
- Experience with data analysis and modeling
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as finance or law
Benefits
At Mercury, we offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 – $400,000 per year, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
