Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth in the federal sector by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the federal government and systems integrators
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and expand PagerDuty’s footprint in the federal sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, marketing, and customer success, to deliver a unified sales strategy
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to inform product development and go-to-market strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the federal sector, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of the federal government’s technology landscape and procurement processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
