Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated executive to join our team at COLOOP, a company dedicated to driving sustainability for our customers through a data-driven waste management approach. By integrating sustainability into every process of reversed supply chain management, we enable our customers to have a greater positive impact on society and the environment while achieving higher business returns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainability and reduce waste in our customers’ supply chains
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
• Conduct analysis and provide insights on sustainability metrics and key performance indicators
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability and waste management
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sustainability goals and objectives

Requirements

• Experience in a related field, such as sustainability, supply chain management, or environmental management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with a distributed team
