Lightspeedhq is seeking a dynamic Event & Field Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and scale hyper-local experiential events across key cities in Germany. As an Event & Field Marketing Specialist, you will be the ultimate event strategist, relationship builder, and local community orchestrator, turning offline gatherings into powerful brand advocacy and measurable pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ideation, logistics, and execution of local activations, including intimate morning roundtables, working lunches, and exclusive industry networking events
• Activate ‘Local Legends’ (Anchor Program) by partnering with prominent customers to host events at their venues
• Design and execute hyper-local experiential events to connect with the hospitality industry and build brand advocacy
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align event strategies with business objectives
• Analyze event metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize future events and improve ROI

Requirements

• Proven track record of flawless event production and execution in the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of the German hospitality market and trends
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
