Overview
Webworks India is seeking talented Entry-Level Software Engineers to join its remote engineering team. As a fresher or 2023-2025 graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, you will have the opportunity to work on real product features from day one under the close mentorship of senior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Work on real product features from week one under close mentorship from senior engineers
- Collaborate with a dedicated squad of 3-4 engineers
- Participate in daily standups on Slack, code reviews on GitHub, and sprint planning on Jira
- Understand the codebase, fix small bugs, write tests, and work on feature assignments
- Contribute to the development of SaaS tools for SME businesses in India and Southeast Asia
- Be an active member of a fully distributed engineering team
Requirements
- Solid fundamentals in any programming language
- Understanding of basic data structures and algorithms
- Strong desire to build a software career
- Fresher or 2023-2025 graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fully remote, full-time role
