Overview

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve workforce systems and service performance
- Lead a team of data analysts and scientists to drive insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new products and services
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service performance
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to apply to our business
Requirements
- Proven experience in a data leadership role, preferably in a financial services or technology company
- Strong understanding of data analysis, statistics, and data visualization
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with data tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive insights and recommendations
