Overview
LaunchDarkly is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their Data & Analytics team in India. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building and scaling reliable data models, automating reporting, and supporting global analytics delivery. You will work closely with the Senior Data Analyst (Revenue & Metrics), Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business logic into clean, scalable datasets.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale reliable data models to support business decision-making
- Automate reporting to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics
- Partner with Senior Data Analyst (Revenue & Metrics) to ensure consistent implementation of defined metrics
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to design and implement scalable datasets
- Work with business stakeholders to understand business logic and translate it into clean, scalable datasets
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and testing procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
