Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze credit and collections data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement effective credit and collections strategies to minimize risk and maximize revenue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and finance, to ensure alignment and optimal results
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness
• Continuously monitor and improve processes, procedures, and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in credit and collections, finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
