Responsibilities
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management and compliance initiatives
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs
- Provide guidance and support to employees on risk management and compliance matters
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in risk management and compliance
- Strong understanding of banking and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
