Responsibilities
- Design and implement people experience strategies to drive employee engagement and retention
- Develop and manage employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee experiences that align with business objectives
- Analyze and report on people experience metrics to inform business decisions
- Develop and manage budgets to support people experience initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people experience and HR
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in people experience, HR, or a related field
- Proven track record of designing and delivering people experience initiatives that drive business outcomes
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
