Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations
- Develop and implement effective compliance procedures to mitigate risks
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide training and support to employees on payroll and compliance-related matters
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary changes
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in payroll and compliance
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
