Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective risk management and compliance strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for mitigation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance and risk management best practices
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure Zeta’s compliance and risk management practices are up-to-date
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance and risk management activities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in risk management and compliance, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
