Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement processes to improve payroll efficiency and compliance
• Provide training and support to employees on payroll and compliance-related matters
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of payroll and HR processes

Requirements

• Experience in payroll processing and compliance
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
