Overview
LaunchDarkly is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Account Executive to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a significant role in the expansion of the Corporate Account Executive team, working directly with a manager, sales engineers, and other resources to help customers successfully test, purchase, and adopt LaunchDarkly.
Responsibilities
- Qualify and convert inbounds leads at a rapid pace
- Successfully prospect into ICP target accounts
- Articulate and sell the value of LD’s platform subscriptions
- Prepare for and run discovery sessions with new prospects to articulate LaunchDarkly’s core use cases and the value of the usage-based pricing model
- Gain an understanding of customer needs and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell LaunchDarkly products
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account plans, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a software or technology company
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
