Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced C#.Net Manager to join our team at EY in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The successful candidate will have a strong background in C# .Net and a proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and implement C#.Net applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing within the team
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide support to the development team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve existing processes and solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in C#.Net development, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong proficiency in C# .Net, with experience in ASP.Net, MVC, and Web API
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
