Responsibilities
- Support ongoing strategic initiatives, systems enhancements, and process improvements for the Global Technical Services organization (GTS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for internal stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a business systems analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong technical skills, with experience working with a range of systems and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as computer science, information systems, or business administration
