Overview
LaunchDarkly is seeking an experienced AI Specialist to revolutionize the way AI engineers think about, release, monitor, and optimize their agents. As an AI Specialist, you will be at the forefront of scaling up our AgentControl product from initial market validation and product relaunch to an industry-leading product.
Responsibilities
- Represent deep, specialized AgentControl product knowledge, sharing expertise with prospects and customers
- Gather critical feedback that shapes product development and drives early-stage adoption
- Establish the Solutions Engineering frameworks that will guide our future success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, prospects, and internal teams
- Develop and deliver technical content, such as demos, presentations, and whitepapers, to showcase AgentControl capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive business growth and revenue
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field, with a strong background in software development and engineering
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including model development, deployment, and optimization
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure, and containerization platforms, such as Docker
