Overview
We’re looking for a Commercial Business Development Representative to join our team at Fivetran! In this role, you will work closely with your Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure Japan builds strong opportunities in key target accounts.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner teams to build strong opportunities in key target accounts in Japan.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Fivetran’s products and services, as well as industry trends and competitors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account plans.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese market and business culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
