Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Ruby backend code for our Duo Agent Platform Tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality
- Work closely with the AI team to incorporate AI into daily workflows to drive efficiency, innovation, and impact
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, using a data-driven approach to inform decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our products and services
Requirements
- Proficiency in Ruby programming language, with experience in backend development
- Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and deployment
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a remote team environment
