Overview
Meesho’s Security & Compliance team is seeking an Associate Compliance Manager to drive a multi-framework compliance program. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with various regulatory frameworks, including ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end ITGC and TPRM cycles to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Operationalize India’s DPDP Rules 2025 across the product organization
- Work directly with Engineering, IT, Legal, Product, and external auditors to ensure compliance
- Be the DRI for ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II compliance programs
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks
Requirements
- Experience in compliance management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
