Responsibilities
- Improve the developer experience across Affirm by building scalable data infrastructure
- Streamline workflows and foster a culture of learning and documentation
- Turn developer workflows and system reliability into clear, actionable signals that accelerate delivery
- Analyze performance to determine where to invest resources for maximum impact
- Collaborate with the Risk & Analytics team to make crucial decisions that direct Affirm’s business strategy
- Stay focused on turning data into actionable insights that drive business growth
Requirements
- Experience in full stack development and data analysis
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure and workflows
