Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective AML/CFT controls and procedures to mitigate financial crime risks
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies
- Provide training and guidance to employees on AML/CFT policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry trends, and advise on necessary updates to compliance programs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AML/CFT compliance, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency industry
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
