Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-powered creative strategies to enhance customer engagement and experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-driven solutions
- Lead the development of AI-powered content creation and curation
- Work closely with the product team to integrate AI capabilities into the PhonePe platform
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI
- Manage and mentor a team of creatives to ensure successful project execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a focus on AI and digital technologies
- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating AI-powered creative solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to apply them to creative problem-solving
- Experience with design thinking and human-centered design principles
