Overview
Paytm, India’s leading mobile payments and financial services distribution company, is seeking an experienced Ad Sales KAM (Key Account Manager) to join its Paytm Ads team in Mumbai. As a pioneer of the mobile QR payments revolution in India, Paytm builds technologies that help small businesses with payments and commerce.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Paytm and its products to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients
- Own end-to-end key business metrics like revenue growth, customer acquisition, and customer retention
- Be the voice of Paytm and represent the company in front of clients and stakeholders
- Build a strong pipeline of media briefs and respond with customized pitches and proposals aligned with the client’s business and marketing objectives
- Work closely with the campaign delivery and optimization team to monitor and deliver expected results to the advertiser
- Lead initiatives that require significant cross-team collaboration to build innovative solutions and drive business growth
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in ad sales, account management, or a related field (prior experience in a similar role is preferred)
- Proven experience in managing large-scale advertising campaigns and delivering results
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and the latest trends and technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
