Overview
Paytm is India’s leading mobile payments and financial services distribution company. We are seeking an experienced Ad Sales (KAM) – DM/ Sr. Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Paytm and its products
- Own end-to-end key business metrics like revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Be the voice of Paytm and represent the company in front of clients and stakeholders
- Build a strong pipeline of media briefs and respond with customized pitches and proposals aligned with the client’s business and marketing objectives
- Work closely with the campaign delivery and optimization team to monitor and deliver expected results to the advertiser
- Lead initiatives which require significant cross-team collaboration to build innovative solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in ad sales, account management, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns and delivering results
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
