Accounts Payable Specialist at Paytm, Noida

Responsibilities

• Managing all account payables and receivables, accounting operations, and daily work of Reconciliation of Revenue & expense items
• Handling the accounting functions such as Procure to Pay accounting, GL accounting, Fixed Assets accounting, reporting, reconciliations, etc.
• Vendor payment management, including managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely payments
• Managing a small set of team members and providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• Experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including Procure to Pay accounting, GL accounting, and Fixed Assets accounting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage vendor relationships and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for process improvement
