Overview
Paytm, India’s leading mobile payments and financial services distribution company, is seeking an experienced Accounting Operations- Team Lead to manage day-to-day financial, accounting, and compliance activities for the VSS entities and associated investment portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial, accounting, and compliance activities for VSS entities and investment portfolios
- Coordinate with internal teams, including tax, treasury, secretarial, and audit
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, consultants, and investee companies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting operations team
Requirements
- Experience in accounting operations, finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- CA/ICWA/MBA in Finance or a related field
