Overview
Coinbase is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its team. As an Accounting Manager, GL Operations & Intercompany, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s general ledger operations and intercompany transactions. This is a remote job based in the USA, offering a salary of 25-40 LPA.
Responsibilities
- Manage the general ledger operations, including account reconciliations and journal entries
- Oversee intercompany transactions, including invoicing and payments
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide training and support to junior team members
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role
- CPA or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
