AI Engineer FDE at Databricks, Remote India

Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer – Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join our team at Databricks. As an AI FDE, you will be part of a highly specialized customer-facing AI team that delivers professional services engagements to help customers build and productionize first-of-its-kind AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional services engagements to help customers build and productionize AI applications
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and developer relations teams to shape long-term strategic priorities and initiatives
• Support internal subject matter expert (SME) teams and collaborate with teammates to improve the overall strength of the team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in GenAI, LLMOps, and ML and apply this knowledge to drive customer success
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements
• Contribute to the development of best practices and thought leadership in AI and ML

Requirements

• Strong experience in AI, ML, or related field
• Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, including deep learning and natural language processing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with customers and teammates remotely
