Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at customer accounts
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective support for customer engagements
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management or sales in the technology industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, data protection, and cybersecurity
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
