Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans to achieve sales goals and expand existing customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at all levels of the customer organization
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts, and develop strategic plans to pursue these opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing, to develop and execute account plans
- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of the technology industry, including trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex account plans
