Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value and drive adoption
  • Provide feedback and insights to product and marketing teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the digital operations management market and trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
