Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value and drive adoption
- Provide feedback and insights to product and marketing teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the digital operations management market and trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
